QUEER JOY IS AN ACT OF RESISTANCE.
Deep Magic is more than a party. We are a collective of artists, sex workers, community organisers and emerging leaders building spaces for queer joy, creative freedom, connection and exploration.
We believe that queer joy is one of the most radical acts of resistance against the forces that seek to erase us. Our work is rooted in collaboration, collective liberation, artistic expression and the belief that meaningful community is something we create together.
We are a creative collective led by sex workers and artists, building safer community spaces where members can explore their creative pursuits, their relationships with one another, and their connections to their bodies, sexuality and identity.
Drawing on decades of collective experience in community organising, nightlife, artistic production and the sex industry, we create environments that encourage self-expression, connection, mentorship and healing through art and queer joy.
We believe in challenging shame, unlearning harmful power dynamics, embracing individuality and celebrating the diversity of bodies, genders and identities within our community. We believe in collaboration over competition, inception over division, and community over individual power.

The most meaningful things we create are bigger than any one of us. By sharing knowledge, nurturing emerging talent and celebrating our differences, we build something that continues to grow beyond the dance floor. Deep Magic creates immersive, community-driven cultural experiences centred on music, movement, art, sensuality, identity and human connection. Our gatherings bring together DJs, performers, visual artists, creatives, organisers and community members in environments designed to encourage exploration and expression.
We believe nightlife can be more than entertainment. It can be a place where people discover their confidence, challenge shame, form meaningful relationships, exchange ideas and find a sense of belonging.
Our experiences are designed to welcome both those who are familiar with queer nightlife and those who may be entering these environments for the first time. We celebrate curiosity while respecting personal boundaries, consent and individual comfort.
We want people to feel free to move, dance, create, connect and explore their identities at their own pace. There is no single way to experience Deep Magic.

Deep Magic is a growing creative and cultural community. Our work includes cultural gatherings and nightlife, artistic collaboration, mentorship, community building, body and identity positivity, and creative liberation.

Our events are not simply productions delivered to an audience. They are experiences made possible by the communities who participate in them. We believe in shared responsibility, transparent organising and fair compensation.
From the DJs and performers to the door staff, security, barbacks, venue teams and organisers, everyone contributes to creating the experience. We believe the people who make our gatherings possible should share fairly in their financial success. Our aim is to build a sustainable creative ecosystem in which the value generated by our community also benefits the people who help create it.

FREEDOM. WITH CARE.
Consent is active, freely given and ongoing. Ask, listen and respect a no without negotiation. Respect personal space, privacy and boundaries; never photograph, record or share someone’s identity without their explicit permission. No one owes anyone touch, attention or participation.
All bodies, genders and identities deserve respect. Racism, transphobia, ableism, misogyny, whorephobia, harassment and discrimination have no place here. Look after one another. If something feels wrong, speak to the organising or venue team. We share responsibility for the spaces we create, and organisers may ask anyone who breaches these standards to leave.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Membership is for adults aged 18 and over and is subject to our community standards. Dues will be a single payment, with no automatic renewal. Registration is not yet open. Before payment is enabled, we will publish the dues amount, what membership includes, its duration, event access conditions and cancellation and refund policy. No benefits, membership period or refund conditions are being offered or assumed in the meantime.
PRIVACY
Your privacy matters, especially in our community. The entry acknowledgement is stored only for your browser session and asks for no identification. Registration and enquiries remain closed while our services are configured. Before opening them, we will publish the data controller’s identity, contact details, processing purposes and legal bases, service providers, retention periods and how to exercise your data rights. Payment details will be handled by a secure payment provider, not collected on this website.
